Anxiety Disorder Panic

Anxiety disorder panic comes about when a person has entered into a nervous state and becomes afraid of the very frightful sensations that are brought on by this nervousness.  With nervousness, comes adrenaline which rushes through the nervous sufferer’s bloodstream.

Adrenaline has the ability to make a person see things that are not there and to make a person think he or she is having Mountain Streama stroke or a heart attack.  Needless to say, these things will bring a lot of fear to an already overwrought person!  The problem is, with this additional fear comes more of these horrible feelings and sensations adrenaline manufacturers.

The first step to stopping panic and anxiety disorder is the realization it is fear of  adrenaline’s sensations that causes the terror of anxiety disorder and panic attack.
