Im starting 25mg a day for anxiety and panic and im pretty excited to start it…my anxiety and panic is bad so i just want to start feeling like my self again..what time of day should i take this also?

Excellent choice but may need higher dose, wait and see. Take it at night.

it works alright, but usually takes a few weeks to get the full effect. you can take it any time of the day you want, if it gives you more energy/trouble sleeping take it in the morning if it makes you drowsy, take it at night. its usually neutral or leans toward the more energy though.
zoloft is an antidepressant. for anxiety you need a tranquelizer like valium.-blurey
