The key to getting 100% past panic is 100% acceptance of the feelings panic lays on you. I think Panic Away does a very good job of leading its users to this point.

My only critizism of Panic Away is there is no real personal touch. For those who need personsonal exchange. I recommend visiting http://urperfectday.com/ . This program is slightly more expensive but it has a personal interaction involved. I have gotten high prases for both these programs.

Panic Away is a very good product that has stood the test of time and has provided a lot of aplause for the help it has provided to anxiety and panic attacks.

That said always look at other products in the market place as there will always be suttle issues Panic Away may not fully address. Unless we cover all bases the avenues for anxiety and panic attacks to return is left open.

Above all we need to ask for help because all to often our friends donot know how to approach us. So leasrn to be more open, people will act as they will regardless of what we do or say
