depression and anxiety


Depression and anxiety go had in hand.  In fact, depression doesn’t exist without an anxiety disorder.  Depression is thought of as a complication of anxiety disorder and truly, depression will not be able to keep hold of a person who is without friendsan abnormal a mount of anxiety.

Usually, depression is thought of as a psychiatric condition whereas anxiety can be dealt with by stopping inappropriate amounts of adrenaline from flowing through the bloodstream.  This is normally done by teaching the anxiety disorder patient how to deal with adrenaline.

Anxiety and depression go hand in hand.
