Nervous Stress
Every one experiences nervous stress from time to time. Nervousness is a normal human condition. When nervous, adrenaline is flowing rapidly through our bloodstreams.
A lot of adrenaline can make person feel strange sensation. Many times, these strange sensations can be more worrisome than the original problem that brought on the nervousness in the first place.
When this happens, we will be become more and more nervous as the adrenaline builds with each degree of fear adrenaline’s strange sensations bring. In its simplest form, this is the anatomy of a panic attack.
Summary: panic attack is the fear of adrenaline’s sensations and adrenaline is most times, the manifestation of simple nervous stress.
