Causes of Anxiety Disorders

The causes of anxiety disorders can vary from lack of sleep to some deep seated childhood experience the subconscious mind is unable to cope with.  The latter of these two is very rare however, and is more of a psychiatric recycle logo
problem whereas generalized anxiety stems from physical symptoms.

Whatever starts the nervousness in a person is unimportant.  Once nervous, a person experiences physical symptoms that are often frightening.  In his/her distressed state, he/she tries to escape these unpleasant feelings.  That in turn, brings on sensations that are more unpleasant.  So the sufferer tries harder to escape them and that brings on more horrible feelings.

This cycle can get so much adrenaline pumping in the anxiety sufferer’s body it can completely overwhelm him/her.  It can actually disable the anxiety sufferer.
