The most common, you might even say classic panic symptoms are sweaty palms, hard, fast thumping heart, a sort of a dizziness or unsteadiness or inability to focus on objects. Sometimes, inanimate objects appear to move. Often
headaches develop as they will in any high tension situation.
People going through panic attack are often convinced they are having some extreme physical failure. It is common for a panic attack sufferer to believe he/she is having a heart attack or stroke, or some other type of brain failure or hemorrhage.
Of course, these things are not happening to the sufferer. They are all symptoms adrenaline is causing. It is helpful to have had a medical checkup to be certain your heart sounds good and your blood pressure is good and with this knowledge at hand you could proceed to use the methods we discuss in overcoming anxiety to end your panic and their symptoms.
